Follow the steps for being able to play 4K Netflix content on 1080p or 1440p monitors.
This works only with Netflix downloaded from Windows Store.

Download Netflix from Windows Store.
Log-In.
Check any TV show or movie you know should be 4K.
E.g.
"Sense8",you can see it's HD on this 1080p screen.
4.Open Nvidia Control Panel,go to "Manage 3D settings" -> "Global Settings".
1.Change " DSR - Factors " to : (1080p or 1440p refers to your display's resolution)
1080p-> 4.00x (native resolution) .
1440p-> 3.00x (native resolution) .
2.Press "Ok" and "Apply".
5.Open "Netflix to UHD",the folder you just downloaded:
Double-Click on "StartNetflix.bat".
Watch 4k movies
6.Revert resolution by double-clicking on:
ChangeTo1080p.bat for 1080p display
ChangeTo1440p.bat for 1440p display
