Each year we apply for a grant from Community Gaming, but other than that, VCS is self-funded. The grant and membership funds do not cover our budget (renting space is expensive in Vancouver!).

Sponsor a song

Members can choose a song from the repertoire and “sponsor” it, by donating $160 to VCS to cover the cost of the song’s music. Your gift is recognized by having a stamp on each copy of the music to say who donated it, and/or it is noted in the concert programme. Some members have sponsored songs in honour or memory of a loved one, and this too can be recognized in the concert programme. Your donation is tax-deductible.
