Welcome to the official website of the University of South Carolina Game Theory Conference, hosted by the Department of Economics at the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
The topics of interest for this year's conference, held on August 12-13, 2026, are open, but we are particularly interested in the following areas:
Contests and tournaments
Social dilemmas
Collective action
We welcome theoretical, experimental, and empirical investigations involving game theory. Contributions from any discipline are encouraged, including those from economics, political science, biology, sports, psychology, etc.
Extended abstracts must be submitted by May 15th 2026 via the following Google Form.
Decisions about the submissions will be made by May 22nd 2026.
There is a registration fee of $150. Coffee breaks, lunch breaks, and a conference dinner will be provided to all participants.
The keynote speaker this year is Dr. Dmitry Ryvkin.
Dr. Dmitry Ryvkin is a professor of Economics in the School of Economics, Finance, and Marketing at RMIT University.
