You can place an order by filling out the order form(s) on my website. You can locate these forms under "Cake Order Form" or "Cupcake Order Form". Once I have received your details, I will follow up via email to confirm availability and pricing. 

Absolutely! Kindly fill out a separate form for each order desired. This helps ensure I have all the details for each item and can better manage your order accurately. 

At least 1 weeks' notice is preferred for custom cakes. Some dates book up quickly, so the earlier you reach out, the better!

Pick-up is highly preferred and encouraged. Limited delivery is available based on schedule and location and must be confirmed in advance. 

0-10 miles: $15

11-20 miles: $25

21-30 miles: $35

We're located in Dade City, FL. The exact pick-up address will be provided in your confirmation email once your last 50% payment is finalized (1 day before pickup). 

Yes - a 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance due is 1 day before pick-up or delivery. 

Your cake should be refrigerated until 2-3 hours before serving to allow it to come to room temperature. 

If your event is held indoors and the room is no warmer than 75ºF, your cake can safely sit out for a couple of hours. However, if your event is outdoors, especially in the Florida heat, please take extra caution. Buttercream cakes are not heat-resistant and can melt in temperatures above 75ºF. In hot or humid outdoor conditions, cakes should be kept in a cool, shaded area. 

If you're transporting the cake, be sure to keep your vehicle's A/C running on high at all times. Place the cake on a flat surface (like the floorboard or trunk) and avoid holding it in your lap or placing it on a seat. 

Important: Once your cake leaves the possession of The Upper Bake, we are no longer responsible for damage caused by handling, transport or exposure to heat. Following these guidelines is highly recommended to help protect your cake.

At this time, I do not offer allergy-friendly or special dietary cakes. All products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens and cannot be guaranteed allergy-safe. 

Gluten-free cakes are available for an additional charge. Please note that all items are made in a kitchen that also handles wheat and other allergens and are not made in a certified gluten-free facility. 

Customers are expected to pick up their order at the agreed upon pickup time unless an alternate time has been discussed and approved in advance. Due to scheduled orders and limited availability, pickup windows must be respected.

A 15-minute grace period is provided. If the customer is running late, communication is required as soon as possible. While accommodations may be made when available, same-day rescheduling is not guaranteed.

If the customer is unresponsive or fails to pick up their order within 1 hour of the scheduled pickup time without prior arrangement, the order will be considered abandoned and canceled. No refunds or credits will be issued for abandoned orders. In order to avoid spoilage and waste, unclaimed items may be discarded, donated, or resold at The Upper Bake's discretion.

Customers with a prior no-show may be required to pay their balance in full upfront for future orders.
