A budding musician takes the first gigs they can get. They're nervous, and are desperate to get across some kind of meaning. But their sets are in horrible time slots. The audience don't seem to care. And are they even any good?

They try to make a point about social media and cultural figures. It doesn't land. And they miss how they themselves are implicated in the system.

They become aware that they are in a show, and begin vying for attention by any means necessary. Emotionally manipulating their friends, screaming in people's faces, playing to what's well known. 

They are surrounded by the noise of how others gain attention, and they start taking the wrong examples as promoters continue to screw them over.
