Simone empowers Social Workers to let go of imposter syndrome, and develop positive self-confidence in multidisciplinary professional settings. Simone anchors her talk on her book " The Ultimate Social Worker's Diary" where she exposes her professional trauma being a social worker for the NYC Public School System.
Simone provides professional development training for educators to address social, emotional and behavioral challenges in a trauma informed way. Mastery of the ARISE Framework will cultivate stronger, trusting relationships between stakeholders, and teach the students what healthy communication looks like when facing conflict.
