Linens include one body towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth for each guest, as well as a flat sheet, fitted sheet, and pillowcases for each bed.
While our pool is open year round, it is only heated upon request and for an additional fee. We charge $100 per day for pool heating.Â
If requested, the pool heater will be turned on the morning of your arrival and turned off the day of your departure.Â
The pool heater runs on the same timer as the pool pump, so it does not run overnight.Â
NO refunds will be given due to bad weather or any other reason.Â
Currently, the North Carolina sales tax is 6.75% and the Town of Ocean Isle Beach Occupancy Tax is 6%.Â
As a result, 12.75% will be added to the rental rate. This is roughly $1000 for a 7-night summer rental.
We do not charge a booking fee to rent our home. The total rent is the sum of the rental rate, mandated taxes, and refundable damage deposit.Â
