Aligned with the Department of Education’s Learner Government Program (LGP), the SSLG operates as a platform for learner formation, empowering students to become value-driven, culturally-rooted, and socially responsible leaders.

The Interim Guidelines for the Learner Government Program serve as a temporary framework to guide the structure, operations, and functions of all learner government bodies within the school. These guidelines aim to ensure inclusive, transparent, and student-centered governance while harmonizing the roles of student leaders in planning, implementing, and evaluating school-based programs, projects, and activities (PPAs).
