Pre –Enrollment in Italy For Study Visa

It is not mandatory for every university have to check with university that they need this pre enrollment or not.

Documents Required for pre-enrollment:-

1. Photo

2. Passport copy

3. Graduation Certificate and Mark sheet

4. Admission letter

Visa Information for Italy Study Visa

Visa Fees: - Visa fees is 4460 INR+ Along with the visa fees, there is a service charge of INR 799/- (All VFS’s service charges are inclusive of Goods and Service Tax –SGST @ 9% and CGST@ 9%)) and convenience charges 178 INR. VFS Appointment charges - INR 788.

1. Visa Application Form

2. Recent Passport Size Photo with white background

3. Passport

4. Two sets of passport photocopy

5. APPLICANT'S COVER LETTER mentioning the purpose and duration of travel, list of attached documents and other useful information.

6. Confirmation receipt of enrollment (pre enrollment summary)

7. Original Letter of admission and DOV

8. Education certificates apostle by MEA AND MHA

9. Receipt of Full payment of tuition fees

10. Document proving applicant source of income if supported by a sponsor then sponsorship letter and sponsor ID in case applicant is working then need to show salary slip and if have a business then business registration certificate.

11. ITR 3 years and Bank Statement balance should be minimum 7 lacks/year depends on duration of course.

12. Accommodation Proof

13. One way Air Ticket

14. Travel Medical Insurance Covering 30000 euros.
