Making a Squeaker

Please read through all info before making a Squeaker.

Starting

So you want to make a Squeaker? Here's some stuff you'll need to know for their design!

Horns

First we have a Squeakers horns. Their horns are often used in dominance displays among individuals and aid in digging out root and insects from trees and burrows. However the most notable use of their horns is to focus and direct magic like a wand.

Squeakers can have a great variety of horns in various places on their heads and sometimes their bodies, though the forehead is the most common.

All Squeakers, minus the incredibly rare Uni-Squeaker variant, have a minimum of 4 horns total on their head, 2 pairs of horns. There is no limit to the amount of horns.

Ears, Noses and Tongues

Squeaker ears are very sensitive, capable of picking up audio that even Subterran Usogami can't. Including unspoken wishes...

Their ears are so powerful that they sell well in the black-markets; as lucky charms and potion ingredients, same as their tongues.

The nose of a squeaker can detect magic, making glamour and invisibility spells useless around them.

Something about how squeakers only have nostril like noses and no dog, cat noses goes here.

Squeaker tongues can take interesting shape and some are even considered a potent magical ingredient.

Claws and Paws

Squeakers use their claws to grip and climb, as well as dig. Squeaker claws are tough enough to scratch into rock and can grow back quickly if lost, how long depends on the claw length and size.

The incredibly rare raptor mutation uses a unique feature of its unusual claw for echolocation.

Now here we are onto the body!

Wings

Squeakers developed a great variety of wings to adapt to different environments. From Arcane highlands to Chrysalis woods.

Rarely squeakers have more than 2 pairs, but most have 1.

Scales

Squeaker scales protect them from predators.

All have at least a top layer of scales.

*However in extremely rare cases, Squeakers can be born scaleless. This mutation arose do to years of domestication with no predators to threaten them. Scaleless Squeakers tend to have health problems and would not survive out in the wild. Luckily only very few cases have ever been recorded.

Scales shed during warm seasons and are a common sight in their nests as they help insulate warm.

Some Squeakers adorn spines along their back, even going all the way down their tail at times.

Eyes

Four eye shapes and nine pupil classifications are known to Squeakers, with Symbol and Icon taking many shapes.

Floral eyes have been recorded to have different flower pupils, however do to the rarity of these pupils, not many have been seen.

Royal eyed Squeakers usually have immense power, as the rarer the eye, the more potent the Squeakers Wishing capabilities, if the the legends are to be believed.

Tails

Squeakers have beautiful unique tails, primarily used for balancing and hanging off branches.

There have been cases of Squeakers have 2 tails however it is a rather Unusual sight.

Markings and Appendages

There are no restrictions to the copious amount of marking types that Squeakers adorn, as well as no color limitations.

Squeakers are also able to have feathers or wing material on different parts of their body.

Floating jewels have also been recorded on Squeakers, an odd sight, but is believed to be a genetic passed down from a Legendary Squeaker.

Rarity

This is vary important! Make sure to read.

There have been a few things listed here that are under a Cyan color or have been called extremely or incredibly rare, those are Limited traits. In other words, you need express permission from the creator to make a Squeaker with one of those traits.

Giveaways of Squeakers with these traits will be done by the creator or those the creator has given express permission to.

Thank you for understanding.
