Hi there, I'm Vanessa Escobar, originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, but these days, you'll find me doing my thing in Peru. Along the way, I've left my linguistic mark in Colombia and Ecuador. I'm a big fan of animals (except for cockroaches, yikes!), tennis (long live his majesty Roger Federer), music (thanks to Britney Spears, I can speak English), and coffee (I swear my blood is 50% caffeine). I've been in the same job for over a decade, and my passion for sharing my native language and the wonders of our culture and history knows no bounds.
