The Sour Bar started with a simple need, real food.
Food made with ingredients you can trust, straight from the earth, and meant to fuel your body. Something so simple shouldn’t be hard to find, but it is.
What started in my own kitchen soon became something much more meaningful. I came to appreciate that handmade truly makes a difference, and that sourdough offers a better, more thoughtful way to bake. When something is made by hand, it reflects care, patience, and genuine love in every step.
At The Sour Bar, everything is made from scratch, by hand, and with natural ingredients. No shortcuts, just simple food made the way it should be.
Because good bread shouldn’t just taste good, it should feel good too.

Plain jane ___ $12

Made from our signature sourdough and baked in the same flavors as our loaves, including Plain Jane, Drac, Hot Stuff, and The Swirl. Each bagel is stuffed with its inclusions for bold, balanced flavor in every bite. Soft on the inside with that perfect bagel shine.
Fudger ___ $15
A rich sourdough loaf layered with swirls of classic dough and chocolate dough, folded with chocolate chips throughout. The chocolate dough is baked with a touch of espresso powder to deepen and enhance its flavor, making it a bold, indulgent loaf for chocolate lovers.
