Privacy

It is of severe importance to us that the equipment is used only by the proper personnel and in the proper situations

• Equipment will be unavailable to most, if not all, of the private sector
• Proper identification is required to ensure it is purchased and used by military personnel
• We will work to ensure that it used only in breach situations where it would otherwise be considered much more dangerous to go without ViperVision

Safety

We acknowledge that this equipment is more than just a cutting-edge device, but that its users life may be at stake

• We will constantly be working to improve both the accuracy and the reliability of ViperVision so that it never fails when needed
• Although we aim to have ViperVision never fail, military personnel should never rely solely on ViperVision and should be able to perform all actions as if they never had it to begin with

Disposal

It is important that ViperVision never falls into the wrong hands, therefore disposal should be taken very seriously

• ViperVision may be returned after its intended use so that the parts may be recycled, refurbished, or properly destroyed so that no one else may receive them
• After its useful life, ViperVision may be properly destroyed or well secured in a safe or armory
• If it does fall into the wrong hands, it should be equipped with some type of "self-destruct", whether that includes software self-erasure or even a mild hardware self-destruct (to prevent reverse-engineering)
