Rustic Home Sheep Cushion.

Rustic Home Sheep Cushion

With Kind Permission From Delphine Brooks, I am able to offer you the chance to make this wonderful spring,

‘Rustic Sheep Cushion’

This beautiful illustrated booklet with instruction and templates are included within the Workshop Fee’s.

This is a fabulous project for creating a well textured cushion, using an array of different fabrics.

For this cushion I used pure wool fabric for the hills and gate, aida cross stitch fabric for the fields, hessian for the grass and trees and felt for the sheep.

For the tree buds and flowers in the grass I used embroidery silks to create French Knots.

The main body of the cushion is machine sewn first with some hand appliqué which leaves plenty of time to add the other features.

I cant guarantee you will finish the front of the cushion on the day as it depends on how you work and how much hand sewing you do. You are welcome to come along to our Thursday Sit and Sew to complete this.
