It's me Buzz. My Mum makes me work hard putting the Buzz into The Sewing Buzz. So I've sneaked out for a day at the beach.

Hi I'm Buzz, the Buzz in The Sewing Buzz along with Lynn (my mum) who does the sewing.
I'm a Bocker, Beagle and Cocker Spaniel mix.
I like going for long walks, chasing balls, playing with my friends, Fly Ball and best of all food.
My mum likes sewing, and she's quite good at it. I don't see the point but somebody has to do it. 😁However I have got her well trained at the sit and stay bit, more than she can say for me.

Hi I'm Lynn, and I see Buzz got here first, but he may have had a bit of help.😁
I have been sewing for over 40 years and have a City and Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Design and Craft - Stitched Textiles (Patchwork and Quilting)
I started doing patchwork 10 years ago, and then did a series of workshops to improve my techniques. I found I enjoyed the workshops so much I signed up to do the City and Guilds to give me a more in-depth understand in both practical sewing techniques and design.
Since then my hobby has taken off and I have my own sewing room in which I create a wide range of quilts, wall hangings, cushion, bags, 3d boxes just to name a few.
I do a wide range of machine patchworking, including free motion stitching and appliqué. I like to hand finish my items and create my own embellishments like Suffolk Puff (flowers) and Japanese Lilies.
I like to use recycled fabric and have used old denim jeans to make beautiful boxes and other old dresses and shirts for making crazy patchwork wall hangings.
I would like to share all I have learned over the last 10 years with anybody who would like to learn this interesting and diverse hobby. I will be offering a range of courses from beginners to more experienced sewers who would like to learn a specific technique.
