Directions:

The nearest airports are Frankfurt airport and Stuttgart airport. From either airport, you can reach Heidelberg by train in 1.5 hours. For traveling by train, you might also want to use the DB Navigator app.

Accommodation: 

We are unable to offer special rates with local hotels, but the conference venue is accessible by public transport within 30 minutes from all of Heidelberg's more central districts (Old Town, Bergheim, Weststadt, Südstadt, Rohrbach, Neuenheim, Handschuhsheim).

Since there is a popular city festival taking place from September 25-27, we recommend booking accommodations as soon as possible.
