Conference Fees:

Doctoral Students: 80€ early bird, 120€ normal
Postdoctoral Researchers/Faculty: 150€ early bird, 200€ normal

Registration is open until July 31, 2026 (since capacity is limited, registration may close before that date). 

Fee waivers and discounts are no longer available.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your participation, please keep in mind that we cannot refund conference fees if you cancel after September 16, 2026. We appreciate your understanding.
