Application Details

The criteria for the Rose Award includes the following:

• Completed application form (due by April 12, 2025) 

• 7th and 8th grade transcripts (report cards) 

• FACTS financial aid report or family’s 1040 form (2023) - cover/eliminate any social security numbers 

•  3-5 paragraph essay 

• Explain what receiving the Rose Award would mean to you and how it would impact your high school education.

• Include any relevant extra-curricular activities, your intended college major, and long-term career goals.
