The Rose Award was established to honor and continue the legacy of Felicia Rose Horton.    

Before her death, Felicia served as the Associate Director of Marketing for the Archdiocese of Chicago Catholic Schools.  An insightful, passionate, and creative leader, she developed effective marketing strategies to increase enrollment and to communicate the advantages of a Catholic education.  Felicia especially enjoyed helping the underserved.  She had an affinity to the African American community.  Throughout her life, Felicia Rose served with promise, leadership, and commitment. On March 6, 2021, Felicia made her transition to her Hope of God’s Eternal Presence.  The Rose Award is designed to continue her legacy by financially assisting students in need.
