Maximum Effort Training (MET) is a high-intensity, boot camp designed to break you and rebuild you stronger, mentally, physically, and RIA-ally.
Inspired by U.S. Army Basic Combat Training (BCT), MET delivers real discipline, structure, and results. Whether you’re looking to get in peak shape, build unbreakable mental toughness, or challenge yourself like never before, this program will push you beyond what you thought possible.
Program Length: 4 Weeks
Every week builds upon the last. Expect progressive overload in physical training, mental challenges, and skill development.
Focus: Assessment, discipline orientation, and breaking old habits.
Physical Tests: Push-up test, Pull-up test, 2-Mile Speed Test, Standing Broad Jump, Stealth Test (low crawl & silent movement).
Training Emphasis: Form correction, basic drill & team building.
Goal: Establish standards and separate the committed from the casual.
Focus: Increasing volume and intensity of training.
Key Additions: Longer runs, obstacle course introduction, combat conditioning.
Physical Focus: Push-ups, pull-ups, squats, core endurance, and speed work.
Goal: Build work capacity and muscular endurance.
Focus: Peak physical challenge and pushing mental limits.
Key Additions: Night movements, team leadership drills, high-intensity interval training.
Physical Focus: Max effort PT sessions, timed obstacle courses, and recovery under stress.
Goal: Forge unbreakable mindset and resilience.
Focus: Final testing, leadership application, and culmination.
Key Events: Final Physical Fitness Test (improved scores), culminating field exercise, and MET Graduation Ceremony.
Goal: Send you out stronger, more confident, and proud of your transformation.
Must be 14+ years old
