Must meet basic military-style height/weight standards (no extreme obesity that prevents physical activity)

Maximum weight: 240 lbs
Minimum height: 5'5" (165 cm)
Maximum height: 6'5" (196 cm)
Minimum weight: 95 lbs
Maximum weight: 190 lbs
Minimum height: 4'10" (147 cm)
Maximum height: 6'0" (183 cm)
To become an Operator in the RIA Military you must meet the following:
Be unanimously voted in by current members (no exceptions)
Zero tolerance for leaking information
Must respect the Fort and its history
Must understand the sacred phrase: “Like a dollar”
Bonus points for autism, humor, and big-word usage
Demonstrated loyalty and trustworthiness
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality (OPSEC)
Willingness to participate in physical work, adventures, and Fort restoration projects
Respect for leadership and the chain of command
Commitment to the RIA’s values: Loyalty, Secrecy, and Brotherhood
Must live in or be willing to travel to the Fort Ann, NY area for operations and events
Minimum age: 14+ for full Operator status
Must be willing to take the RIA Oath and uphold it without exception
Cannot keep secrets
Weak stomach for chaos
Disrespect toward the chain of command or the Fort
History of snitching, leaking information, or breaking trust
Inability to keep secrets
Disrespect toward the RIA, its members, or the Fort
Repeated failure to show up or contribute to group activities
Any form of betrayal or backstabbing behavior
Serious safety or legal concerns that could endanger the group or the Fort
Applying with fake information or attempting to infiltrate
Males under 110 lbs or over 240 lbs
Females under 95 lbs or over 190 lbs
