Hi!

I'm Theresa, a Registered Psychiatric Nurse by profession. I live and work in Sherwood Park, Alberta. As a leader with the Primary Care Network, I work closely with our family physicians in Strathcona County and it's surrounding rural areas to meet the needs of the patients we serve.  As a multidisciplinary team, we work to understand the needs of those in our community to enhance services and promote health and wellbeing. 

As a leader who supports primary care within the community I live in, I am committed to lifelong learning. I want to understand the needs of our community with data informed decision making and patient-centered best practices. I am currently enrolled in the Master of Health Studies with Athabasca University to enhance my knowledge and leadership skills.  This portfolio was created to highlight my experience, knowledge, professional values and discipline.
