Rachel “The REM Love” Myrick is a Black Neurodivergent artist born in Georgia. She has always had a passion for art, but discovered her love for textiles more recently. She has many influences. They include her maternal figures, notably her grandmother, who was a huge supporter of her. She discovered her love of textiles at Georgia State University where she obtained her BFA in Textiles in December 2025 and continues to advance her art career.
