• Silence to be maintained at all times and no discussions permitted in our premises including the Break Area, Balcony Area or Pantry Area. Enter, leave and work quietly.

• Our premises are under video surveillance

• While we take all measures to keep The Reading Square a silent zone, we cannot take responsibility for external factors including noise pollution from weather; construction / repair work in our building or nearby areas; or factors that are out of our control

• Personal belongings to be kept under (not on) the table

• Do not leave any personal belongings behind, we will not take any responsibility for loss or theft

• We retain the right to refuse admission to anyone from our premises including if you are a registered member
