Registration should be done to become a member of The Reading Square
As a part of our registration process, we may collect the following data from the members including but not limited to name, phone number, email address, purpose of joining, photograph, and a copy of identity card
We request members to share a copy of their identity cards for our internal security measurements. However, we leave up to the members to decide which ID cards they wish to share
Our staff may get access to member’s names, phone numbers and photo id for verification during the entry
Membership will be activated only after receiving the payment against the invoice
Members are required to get their membership validated at the reception and then proceed to studies or work
Enter your name and sign in the register kept at the reception before entering the library and after you finish your day
The membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Under no circumstances will you be eligible for a refund or be able to transfer your membership to someone else
Membership will remain active for the dates specified in the invoice and cannot be rescheduled or postponed.
We reserve the right to cancel membership without any refund if a member is found in breach of any of our rules and regulations outlined on this page
