Since she was a child, she knew she wanted to work with infants and birthing people. She decided to start nursing school and hoped to get into NICU or OBGYN nursing. Just to shortly find out she was pregnant! After that didn't work out, she pursued lactation after experiencing a very difficult nursling who had some oral ties. Graduating from the Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice in November of 2024 she set her sights on birth and postpartum doula services. May of 2025, she completed birth and postpartum doula training with Mother Tree.
