Dr. Stacie Furst Holloway

Associate Professor, Department of Psychology

Dr. Stacie Furst Holloway is an award-winning educator and scholar with more than 25 years of industry and academic experience in organization development and human resources. She currently serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Cincinnati, where she directs the MA Psychology program with focus areas in organizational and community psychology. As a scholar, she focuses on the individual, team, and organizational factors that contribute to healthy work environments characterized by high levels of engagement, employee well-being, and retention. A special focus of this work focuses on diversity, equity, access, and inclusion. As a consultant and organizational and community partner, Stacie’s interests focus on using program evaluation tools and workforce analytics to examine the efficacy of various organizational programs and practices. Past and current clients include GlaxoSmithKline, Ernst & Young, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services, All We Are, TalentThrive, and the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden.
