Mission of the POWER Lab
The mission of the POWER lab is to provide students with an opportunity to learn about the Psychology of Work through research and applied experiences. We work collaboratively. We connect "real world" problems to what we are learning in the classroom. We prepare students for graduate school and for careers beyond their time at UC.
