I'm the co-founder of Tiny Tinkers, where I design playful, curiosity-led experiences for children and the grown-ups who learn alongside them. With a background in psychology and early childhood education, I believe that meaningful learning begins with wonder, not worksheets. Through sensory play, storytelling, loose parts, and thoughtfully designed invitations, I help families and educators see everyday moments as opportunities for connection, creativity, and discovery. My work is guided by one simple idea: small experiences, intentionally designed, can leave the biggest and most lasting memories.
Most learning doesn't happen because we planned the perfect activity. It happens because a child felt curious, seen, and invited to explore. In this session, Yvonne shares how simple, intentional experiences can spark deep learning without expensive resources or elaborate setups. Through stories, practical examples, and a short hands-on invitation, participants will explore how shifting from outcomes to curiosity can transform the way they design experiences for children. Expect practical ideas that can be adapted immediately, alongside honest reflections on creating spaces where wonder can thrive.
