Over a 30-year career spanning M.I.C.E., events, edu-tainment, attractions, and health & wellness, I have designed and managed diverse play ecosystems. My hands-on experience includes 20 years producing immersive children’s programming, roadshows, and enrichment programs like the Kangaroo Creek Gang, Holikids, Club Kangaroo, HeallthZone (Health Promotion Board) and Singapore Duck Tours. I have also spent 8 years directing operations at Amazonia Family Entertainment Center in Singapore. Today, I bridge commercial execution with DBA academic research, focusing on play-experience-transformation in the play economy for intergenerational engagement.
An effective play space isn’t about the newest hardware; it’s about crafting a narrative where learning, play, and purpose intertwine.
