Q: What kind of yoga do you teach?
A: I teach gentle slow flow classes that are vinyasa and Iyengar informed. That just means I keep it gentle, appropriate for all levels, with a focus on linking movement and breath, as well as focus on alignment.
Q: Do I have to be vegan or vegetarian to do nutrition coaching with you?
A: Nope! It's great if you are, and I celebrate that! Maybe you're a junk food vegan who wants to go more whole foods plant-based for your health (I so feel you!). Or maybe you want to be plant-based/veg and need help getting there, and for that I'm definitely your gal. Or maybe you feel like you'll never fully go there, but you want to be healthier and live longer, so you're ready to move in a direction that is more plant-forward, and that's awesome, too!
