Make sure you have the following inspections done: 

• Whole House

• Sewer 

• HVAC 

• Radon 

Whole House and Radon: Ask what time you are to attend (typically 30 min before conclusion of inspection)

• Radon must be set up 2 days prior to whole house inspection.

We will review information with the inspector and do a quick review of property. 

• This is an optimal time to take measurements and review all aspects of the home. (Expect a one-hour appointment)

• Hot Water Heater must be properly strapped with seismic strapping
