By downloading or using PDF Converter ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. LICENSE
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
2. FREE TIER & SUBSCRIPTIONS
• The App offers free features (some with a small watermark on output, and some with daily usage limits) and a paid subscription ("Pro") that unlocks all tools, removes limits and watermarks.
• Pro is available as an auto-renewable weekly or yearly subscription. The yearly plan may include a free trial (currently 7 days); you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices may vary by region and may change; you will always see the exact price before purchasing.
3. YOUR CONTENT
Documents, photos, scans and signatures you process remain yours. The App processes them entirely on your device and claims no rights over them. You are responsible for the content you convert and for having the right to use it.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, including processing content that infringes others' rights or forging signatures or documents with intent to deceive. Electronic signatures created in the App may not be legally valid for all document types in all jurisdictions — verify requirements that apply to you.
5. ACCURACY DISCLAIMER
Conversions are performed by on-device technology and are provided "as is." While quality is high for typical documents, we do not guarantee perfect fidelity — in particular, complex Word/Excel layouts may render differently, and OCR text recognition may contain errors. Always review important documents after conversion.
6. WARRANTY & LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, and the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use, including loss of data or documents. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. CHANGES & TERMINATION
We may update the App and these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may discontinue features with reasonable notice. You may stop using the App at any time.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you hold under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
