OZOM16
Venue: Hobart, Australia
We are organizing an international conference (https://www.ozom16.com/) in February 2027. The conference will bring together researchers from around the world to discuss recent advances in organometallic chemistry and related disciplines.
A simple vision drives the Pagire Research Group at the Department of Chemistry, IIT-BHU: to develop transformative catalytic technologies that enable the sustainable synthesis of molecules that impact society. Our research lies at the interface of photocatalysis, near-infrared (NIR) photochemistry, asymmetric catalysis, flow chemistry, and drug discovery, where we combine fundamental mechanistic understanding with innovative molecular design to solve challenging problems in modern organic synthesis.
By exploiting the unique power of light, we seek to activate previously inaccessible chemical transformations, develop next-generation catalytic platforms, and create efficient routes to pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and functional materials. Through curiosity-driven research and interdisciplinary collaboration, we aim to push the frontiers of chemical science while training the next generation of creative and independent scientists.
Join us as we explore new chemistry, illuminate new possibilities, and shape the future of molecular innovation.
