Dr. Pagire will co-organize an international conference (OZOM-16; https://www.ozom16.com/) in Hobart in February 2027, together with Prof. Alex Bissember, Dr. Curtis Ho, and Prof. Rebecca Fuller. The conference will bring together researchers from around the world to discuss recent advances in organometallic chemistry and related disciplines.
Dr. Pagire attended the 14th International Symposium on Organic Free Radicals (ISOFR-14) in Bologna (Italy), where he presented his recent research and engaged with leading researchers in radical chemistry. He gratefully acknowledges the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi for approving his participation; Prof. Paolo Melchiorre (in the picture) and his team for the opportunity; and Prof. Alex Bissember and the University of Tasmania (Australia) for generously supporting his visit.
The final Marie Curie-funded postdoctoral paper from the Aggarwal group (University of Bristol, UK) on Iron-Photocatalyzed C(sp³)–H Phosphonylation of Alkanes is published in Angewandte Chemie International Edition.
Dr. Pagire joined the Department of Chemistry at the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) as an Assistant Professor of Organic Chemistry.
Dr. Pagire (IIT-BHU), Dr. Olivier (Aachen University), Prof. Maiti (IIT Bombay), and Prof. Bissember (University of Tasmania) published a comprehensive review on NIR photocatalysis in Angewandte Chemie International Edition.
The Pagire Research Group website is launched. Welcome to our new home at IIT-BHU!
