We hosted a variety of online classes for teenagers to promote self-care for all of the month of August. Our goal is to teach our peers about activities that can help reduce stress and anxiety and boost their moods.

We conducted 5+ anonymous interviews using a google form to have people with different illnesses/mental health issues share their experiences to educate others.
