In my years of working in office roles I've had a multitude of experience in helping people get organised. An acheivement to date would have to be assisting in the transition of a CA firm going from filing cabinets, to a paperless office. There were THOUSANDS of client files to be scanned and filed, it was a character building experience and taught me a lot about having your files in order in a way that makes sense.
