A personal project to see how I could expand the core of my thesis into the frontiers of agentic-centred design. E-PrivacyFrame is a bottom-up privacy control system that can engage with an entire network of devices connected to a single modem/router. Users have granular control and can determine their own trade-offs between optimisation and privacy for each device or system. A portion of the framework is designed to notify users when the Terms of Agreement or Privacy clauses change, prompting the user to review them. Further, the framework is designed to identify suspicious data collection tactics used by many third-party applications and to notify the user.
This project, I have no desire to hold on to it. If it is good enough, it should be given to the public to see what can be made of it. So I have made it open-source, copyrighted under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license. I don't have the capacity to design it the way it needs to be, but I am sure someone out there does.
You can find the Github repository for it here.
