No Professional Advice: This server provides peer support only. Do not present yourself as a licensed professional or give medical, legal or financial advice. You may however share what has worked for you, and your own experience, strength and hope.

No Unsolicited Advice/Feedback: ALWAYS ask permission before offering advice/feedback. First, make your peers feel seen and heard by acknowledging what they have shared, and try to offer empathy and understanding. For example, “I hear you”, or “You are heard”, or “That sounds really difficult”, or “Sorry to hear that”. You may give advice/feedback ONLY after asking permission from the peer who is sharing.

Crisis Situations: This server is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or are unable to keep yourself safe, contact emergency services or a crisis hotline. Triggering Content: Avoid posting graphic or triggering content. Use content warnings where appropriate, but DO NOT use the phrase “trigger warning” (which may exacerbate anxiety) and instead use the phrase “content warning”.

No Promotion or Spam: Advertising, marketing, soliciting clients and self-promotion is strictly prohibited unless authorised. Such activities may result in a ban or permanent suspension.

Moderator and Administrator Authority: Moderators and administrators may remove content or users at their discretion to maintain safety.

No Illegal Content: Any unlawful activity or content is strictly prohibited.

Accountability: Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent bans. Do not create new accounts to circumvent these or you may be banned from Discord entirely.
