Service requests can be via Google Form, Email, or Discord. The client will be asked to provide general information for their requests such as name, best method of contact, and request type.
Further questions may be asked based on the needs of the request such as context, research needed, deadline, and budget.
After a certain period, the client will receive a quote of their request's price. While this price may be discussed further, it will be considered the baseline for the request. The final price may not necessarily reflect the comission estimates.
Payment & Refunds
Payment can be made via Paypal, Kofi, or Zelle.
For projects priced under $50, all payment will be required up front. Larger payments may be split, with half up front and half upon completion.
A refunds may be requested, but must be done in a timely manner. Once the project has begun, you will no longer be able to request a refund.
Commission Timeline & Updates
Once payment or initial payment has been issued, work on the commision will begin.
The client will receive updates based on project intensity: when research is completed and writing begins (This is the deadline for refunds), when the project has reached 50% completion, when he project is being proofread/edited, and when the project is fully finished.
Once receiving the finished piece, the client may request edits depending on the conplexity of the changes. For works exceeding 1,000 words, these edits cannot require significant change to the material.Â
Rules for Writing Workshop
Appointment time, length, and general topic will be discussed prior to the appointment and agreed upon in advance.
Workshops can be held on Zoom, Discord, or Google Meets, using either chatroom functions or voice chat based on client preference.
Payment will be required prior to the beginning of the appointment time.
If either party cannot attend for some reason, the client may request a refund or reschedule their appointment.
Once the appointment begins, you will no longer be able to request a refund for any reason. This includes internet errors and inforseen interruptions.
During the appointment, the client will be free to discuss ideas, share writing pieces, and change topics based on their needs.
Both parties are expected to be polite to one another.
When the appointment time runs out, the appointment ends and any writing/notes created will be sent to the client's preferred location.
The client will not be required to pay if time runs over by less than ten minutes.Â
A client may pay to extend the time if scheduling allows, but most parties must agree and payment must be sent prior to the appointment continuing.
Crediting
All commissioned works are the shared property of myself and the person who commissioned it.
No commissioned comment may be fed into generative AI for any reason.
I retain the right to publish all finished pieces on this website and on social media strictly as examples of my work (The comissioner may be credited or left anonymous based on the preference).
The comissioner retains the right to share and published finished work online for non-commercial use with or without crediting me. If used commercially (in something that is intended to make money), the comissioner must credit me for the written piece unless the piece is less than 250 words in length. Under no circumstance can the commissioner claim any finished piece as their own.
All pieces involving properties not owned by the comissioner must be credited back to their original creators. This primarily involves fan works. Â
Proofreading and outlines do not require crediting.
