The Meeting Place is a little church community that has been gathering at 541 Eatery & Exchange ever since it first opened in 2014. Anyone is welcome to join us for church or prayer, no matter where you are on your journey.

We gather inside the main coffee house space at 541 Barton St. E. Our Church gatherings are a cozy time of worship, prayer and learning.
Church for The Meeting Place is very conversational. We welcome interruptions, with lots of room for back and forth questions and ponderings. We try not to make assumptions about what we all know or don’t know, and seek to meet people where they are at. Some weeks we leave all our plans behind because someone is asking a question about God that seems more relevant than our own plans and agenda.
After church, the conversations continue over a light supper (generously provided by 541 Eatery & Exchange).
*Please Note: we don't meet on long weekends (to give our volunteers a rest)

Join Pastor Randy in the back community room of 541 Barton St. E. on Thursdays at 10am for prayer. We take time to pray for each other, the neighbourhood and the ministry of 541. You are welcome to stay for for the whole hour or just pop in for a few minutes to share a prayer request.
Cafe Drop In: You are also welcome to come say hi to Randy any Thursday morning. He hangs out at the big harvest table in the 541 cafe for an hour before and after prayer (9am-10am and 11am-Noon)
