To understand this diagram follow the number- letter combination in numerical- alphabetical order. The arrows represent the flow of an inpatients journey through The MBS Institution Program. The colors group specific areas of the program that are related to one another.
- I think it is important to tell you how these groups pay for one another. It's the same way public insurance pays for a low-income persons care.
- 1, is a separate program from MBS Institution. 1, is the year- long term recovery programs in North Jersey. MBS institution *Student-Patients(2) must come from one.
- 2, is the MBS Institution where patients are now *Student- Patients(2). Health insurance along with Financial Aid will help feed, clothe, house, treat, educate; Sales from MBSI the Awareness brand will assist in any lack of funds (in all areas).
- 2a., is an example of the potential exit-outcome, when a * Student- Patient(2) receives a degree.
- 3, is when a student leaves the program in a minimum of three years or a max of five years: *Student-Patients will receive assisted housing similar to current programs such as Oxford houses, CSPNJ or PACT. At this point *Student-Patient(2) is now a *Member(3).
- 3b, are health services already in the community, monitoring is required.
- 2: 3; 3c; are interdependent programs in that, *Members(3) and *Student- Patients(2) work for MBSI the Awarness brand:
- If a *Student- Patient; Or a *Member(3) that has not found employment in their field.
- 3; 3a; 3b; 3c: include the immediate family and or caretakers as part of the program in these areas of achievement.
- 3c; 4a; 4b: are relative to the aforementioned statement above.
- 4b: is an example of paid *careers in MBSI the Awareness brand, including and not limited to video, audio, telecommunications etc. for MBSI the Awareness brand and MBS Institution.
