At The Lounge, our Board of Directors is more than just a group of advisors - they are passionate advocates for youth, education, and community well-being.
Our board brings together educators, mental health professionals, entrepreneurs, and civic leaders who guide our vision and help ensure our work is meaningful, transparent, and sustainable. Each member shares a deep commitment to empowering young people across Berks County - academically, socially, and emotionally.
Together, they help shape the direction of The Lounge and champion the mission that fuels our everyday work.
Stacia Miller is an Exeter mom of two, a 3rd grade teacher at Jacksonwald Elementary, and a cheerleading and softball coach with a passion for helping children succeed in fun, community-driven ways. With an extensive background in education and leadership, she brings over 10 years of experience in youth development and a clear vision for a program that combines learning with joy.
BJ Dramby has lived in Exeter since 2001 with his wife, Melissa, where they raised their two sons, Jack and Max. Over the years, BJ coached both boys in multiple sports and served as their Scout leader, building strong relationships with families throughout the community. A 25-year veteran teacher at Wyomissing Area and a current administrator in the Muhlenberg School District, BJ values learning, connection, and service, and is eager to support The Lounge as it grows its capacity to strengthen both students and community.
Kellie Violon is a life long resident of Exeter and resides with her husband, and 16-year-old son. She is a proud graduate of Exeter High School, and cares deeply about the well-being of local youth and families. Kellie is a Licensed Social Worker with over 25 yrs of experience in child welfare, community and school based mental health, and crisis intervention. She is currently employed with the Reading School District as a School Social Worker for the past 5 years. In her spare time she enjoys supporting her son in his athletics and is a member of the Exeter High School Boys Soccer amd Basketball Booster Clubs serving as a fundraising coordinator. Additionally, she serves as a peer mentor to PSU students in the College of Health and Human Development. Fitness is important to Kellie and she holds a certification as a group fitness instructor since 2015 and teaches group fitness classes at our local gym. She is passionate about supporting kids, teens, and families in building resilience and confidence. She is excited to serve on the board of The Lounge and to help create a welcoming space where young people feel safe, supported, and connected.

As a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant at UnitedHealth Group, Amanda Rodriguez holds a degree in accounting from Slippery Rock University (17’) and a Masters degree from the University of Scranton in Accountancy (21’). She has built a strong foundation in financial reporting and analysis, with a keen eye for detail and process improvement. While established in her field, she is driven by a desire to bring more purpose into her career and to make a meaningful impact within the community. Outside of work, she enjoys pickleball, running, weightlifting, reading and is a proud dog mom to two Maltipoos, Acorn and Hazelnut.
Rooted in Berks County and shaped by motherhood, Kacie Jones has seen how powerful a caring community can be for children and families. Becoming a mom has opened her eyes to the importance of connection, encouragement, and having positive spaces where kids feel supported. She believes that when children are surrounded by people who care, they are given the chance to grow, belong, and flourish. This belief inspires her to help create opportunities and programs that nurture children’s potential and strengthen the bonds within our community. Every small act of support can make a lasting difference in a child’s life.
Meet Danielle Cole. She is a preschool teacher in the community, wife and proud mom of 2 children. She has always worked with kids and loves making a difference in their lives. Children truly are our future. Danielle strongly believes all children deserve a comfortable, safe space, and a memorable childhood. She cannot wait to see what The Lounge can provide!

Nicole Renninger is a 2012 Exeter Senior High School graduate and lived in Exeter Township from 2005 to 2016. Nicole resides in Royersford, while remaining closely connected to the Reading/Exeter community. Professionally, she serves as Director of Marketing and Employee Relations at Garrett Williamson, a nonprofit organization focused on education, agriculture, and community engagement. In her role, Nicole has lead strategic communications, fundraising initiatives, and community outreach efforts that expand access to educational programming and strengthen organizational sustainability.
Nicole is passionate about building meaningful community connections and supporting spaces that bring people together. She is excited to serve on the board of The Lounge because of its commitment to fostering community, collaboration, and inclusive opportunities for local residents. Nicole looks forward to contributing her experience in nonprofit leadership, marketing, and community engagement to help support the organization’s continued growth and impact.
