Our Thursday Core Day will offer History and Science as well as a small dose of writing to accompany at-home learning. These classes take place Thursday mornings 9:30am-12:30pm (September–May). This group of classes has a $20 curriculum fee and $260/year tuition cost per child. All moms of participating children are required to have a teaching role as their contribution to the co-op to keep our costs low.
History Course: Kindergarten - 5th grade will be learning through the Well Educated Heart. Learning is experienced through many activities including sampling food, making crafts, exploring art, playing games, listening to music, reading books, hearing folktales, dancing, watching videos, as well as learning facts about the animals, ecosystems, buildings, famous people and places, indigenous people, noteworthy events, and other specific things relating to each state.
Science Course: This year we will be studying 2 different science units. The first semester will be focused on Reptiles. The second semester will be focused on Botany.
Our Tuesday Elective Day will offer several courses taught by hired teachers. This day is designed to give students the opportunity to explore their interests and learn in group settings by teachers who are experienced or interested in the subject areas. These classes take place Tuesday mornings 11:30pm-2:30pm (September–May). This group of classes has a $20 curriculum fee and a $520 yearly tuition fee per child.
Technology Exploration Course/Portfolio CTE: This course includes a different technology class each month to allow the student to explore various areas of technology. These classes may include the following: LEGO STEM, General STEM, Coding, Robotics, Computer Basics, 3D Printing, Laser Engraving, Engineering, Photography, Keyboarding, and others.
Fine Arts Course:
Art Course: This course includes different art classes to allow the student to explore various mediums of art. These classes may include the following: Watercolor, Painting, Charcoal Drawings, Pottery, Sculpting, Pastels, Crafts, Scrapbooking, Drawing, Photography, etc.
Culinary Course: This course includes learning a variety of cooking methods to create appetizers, sides, entrées, breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and desserts. Every month will feature a new menu. Cooking safety and nutrition are also key components of this cooking course.

General PE: This course includes physical activities and fitness classes to develop motor skills, confidence and knowledge. These classes may include the following: Pickleball, Sailing, Movement class, yoga, dancing, hiking, etc.
