At The Knowledge Hub, we charge a 30% consultation service charge for the first three months of any new teaching engagement. This is to ensure quality matchmaking, support, and coordination between the teacher and student. The details are as follows:
• First Month : 30% of the teacher’s received salary will be charged as consultation service charge.
• Second Month : 30% of that month’s salary will again be charged.
• Third Month : 30% will be charged on the third month’s salary as well.
Note:
• This 30% is only applicable for the first three months.
• The consultation fee is only payable after the teacher receives the salary from the guardian.
• Teachers can choose to take their payment in advance or after the month ends, based on their personal agreement with the guardian. The consultation charge remains applicable as per the salary received.
• After the three-month period, there are no further deductions or charges from The Knowledge Hub.
We believe in fair, transparent processes that benefit both students and teachers.
