Where do I see myself in 5 to 10 years?

In five to ten years I see myself as a director of a early childhood education center or higher level in education such as a principle. My objective is to supervise and lead my staff to become effective leaders, design program plans, oversee daily activities, and prepare budgets. I will ensure that the center meet the children's needs and provide quality care and education.

Five Personal Values I use in my leadership role

The five personal values I would use in my leadership role are diversity, fairness, honesty, respect for others, and sense of humor. I will demonstrate diversity by leading and respecting the diverse groups I will lead in the future. I will remain and be fair with every individual I lead by treating everyone equally. Honesty is an important personal value to me as a leader and I would be honest with the people I lead letting them know when they're right or wrong. As a leader I will respect the individuals I lead and expect the same in return. Using and having a sense of humor can ease tense moments when minor conflicts occur and show that leaders don't always have to be serious. I also feel this will work well with children.

My purpose, objective, and focus as a leader

My purpose as a leader is to lead the individuals that follow me to success. My objective is to lead these individuals to their success and support them in becoming the best version of themselves, My focus as a leader is to ensure I lead my followers to their success in whatever we are trying to accomplish as a group and individual accomplishments.
