1. Booking & Check-in/Check-out

Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?

A: We offer two packages with different timings:

• Day Package: Check-in is at 9:00 AM and check-out is at 6:00 PM on the same day.

• Overnight Package: Check-in is at 11:00 AM on Day 1 and check-out is at 5:00 PM on Day 2.

If you need any flexibility, please ask in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

Q: How do I check in?

A: Our representative will meet you at the villa for check-in. They will show you around, provide all necessary instructions, and collect the security deposit. For overnight stays, they'll also revisit in the evening to switch on outdoor lights and once more before your check-out.

Q: Is there a security deposit? How is it handled?

A: Yes, a security deposit of INR 5000 will be collected by our representative upon check-in. After inspecting the property for any damages at check-out, your deposit will be refunded to you. Please note that any damages to the property will be borne by the guest, and the repairing cost will be deducted from your deposit. If the cost of damages exceeds the deposit amount, the additional amount will be charged extra.

A: This is a spacious 2BHK container home located in Karjat, Raigad District, Maharashtra.

A: Our villa features a private pool, reliable Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable living spaces.

A: Our private pool is available for use daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Please note that pets are not allowed in the pool area.

Q: Is the villa pet-friendly?

A: Yes, we are pet-friendly! We welcome your furry companions, but please remember that pets are not allowed in the swimming pool.

Q: Can I smoke at the property?

A: Smoking is only allowed outdoors. Please refrain from smoking inside the villa.

Q: Is there parking available?

A: Yes, we offer free parking at the property. There's space for up to 2 cars and 2-3 two-wheelers.

Q: Does the villa have a kitchen? What's included?

A: Yes, our kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you'll need for cooking your meals during your stay.

Q: Is food included in the tariff? Do you have an in-house restaurant?

A: Food is not included in the tariff, and we do not have an in-house restaurant.

Q: Where can I get food from?

A: You can easily order food from Zomato or explore a nearby restaurant just 500 meters away from the villa.

Q: How can I reach the villa?

A: If you're self-driving, you can navigate to our property directly using the location pin available HERE. If you're coming by public transport, you can take a shared cab from Karjat (near the river bridge), which costs approximately INR 20 per seat.

Q: What are some nearby attractions?

A: Popular nearby attractions include exciting treks to the Kondhane Caves and Rajmachi Fort.
