Character Storyline (Sketch - paragraph, approx. 1 hr)

Albert uses his CFR / Illuminati connections to mobilise a global effort to sponsor and fund the XO2 project.  The US political leadership fails him, so he has to accept that the Chinese will lead on the project.  His initial intention was for an Earth orbital based mission but this had to be abandoned in favour of the expedition into deep space to locate a new habitable planet in a 'nearby' solar system.  His hope was that the XO2 mission would inspire Earth to change and avoid the final destruction of nature and the human race due to over consumption, excess population and cataclysmic climate change.
