It's not often you see people smiling enthusiastically when they enter a gym but to still be smiling when they leave too...... that's definitely unusual? We had to take a look.
We caught up with the Navan tutor Gwen and some of her members to to see for ourselves what Strictly Fantastic FitSteps is all about.
