Summer resets our taste buds and our thirst turns to iced drinks. In the evenings we indulge in alcoholic poolside drinks often with umbrella decorations and straws.

When the movie Cocktail featuring Tom Cruise appeared in the 80's it brought these drinks to a new level. Gone were the old fashioned 'snowballs' and basic G&T and along came 'Tequila Sunrise' and so many more.

With so many children recently performing simple bottle flips with their school drink bottles they are in for treat when they're old enough to see what these guys do.

"Strawberry Daiquiri is by far the most popular, there's something about the sweetness that fits the summer feeling."

"60ml which is quite strong and sometimes deceptive with sweet drinks."

Do you flip the bottles like Tom Cruise?

"No we leave that for the movies!"

Who make the best cocktails?

"We're all very good and if you've one in mind just ask."

Beer Garden

When the sun's shining and the weather's hot then a beer garden is the place to be. Just through the bar doors you'll discover a small sanctuary in the sun.
